We do our best to ensure that stock levels are reflected accurately on our website, however stock is not guaranteed. The website stock levels are not updated in real-time, and items are available for sale on multiple platforms and therefore the stock levels may not be entirely accurate at the time you place your order.
At the time of ordering, you will be charged in full for your order. However, if you place an order for any item that is found to be out-of-stock or unavailable for any reason, we will endeavour to back-order the product for you and notify you of this delay. We will also offer you the option to change to another product, or if you so choose, cancel your entire order, and provide a full refund.
We do our best to ensure accurate pricing, however our goal is to provide the best possible price to our customers and as such our margins are very low. Due to having extremely low margins, we cannot afford to sell products at a loss. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in full if the items purchased have been either incorrectly priced, or our upstream vendors have increased pricing since the last time our website has been updated. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Prices are subject to change at any time.
