WorkWatch consists of two main components:
Installed on each monitored workstation, the WorkWatch Agent silently captures usage data and uploads it to the monitoring portal.
Accessed through a secure web interface, the WorkWatch Portal provides real-time and historical data on employee computer usage.
WorkWatch offers two hosting options for the monitoring portal:
The monitoring portal is hosted on your organization’s servers, providing complete privacy and control over monitoring data. Only billing telemetry is sent to our servers. Your sensitive data never leaves your network.
The monitoring portal is hosted in our secure cloud environment, offering easy access and scalability for monitoring data. All data is one-way encrypted at rest on the monitoring agent, and is sent in encrypted form from each monitored workstation to the monitoring portal. Only the monitoring portal contains the private keys needed to decrypt and access the monitoring data.

All monitoring data is stored on your organization’s servers, ensuring complete control and privacy.
