Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be delivered either electronically or direct shipped.  We do not offer a pick-up service.  Dispatch is usually within 1-2 business days after payment has been made but can take longer depending on the product being ordered.  Some products may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer (typically overseas) and may take longer.  If you need your products immediately, please contact us via our sales@macarthurmanagedit.com.au email address prior to ordering and we may be able to offer an estimate of delivery time. 

Please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with re-deliveries and corrections to delivery details. These charges will be added to the total invoice amount. Customers must provide a correct delivery address and ensure they can receive deliveries. You must inform us immediately if you believe you have made a mistake when providing your delivery address so that we can take steps to rectify it prior to shipping.  Macarthur Managed IT takes no responsibility for missed deliveries due to being provided an incorrect delivery address, or for delays in shipping caused by delivery partners or other issues beyond our control or acts of God.
